Mary Bettley, LICSW and Ellen Duff, LMT began Crystal’s Wisdom in 2010 in gratitude for the many years of wisdom and healing shared with us by Crystal, a feline family member. Crystal was a stray who arrived at our home with much to teach us regarding health and healing including using Reiki and healing energy, stress management, and the path to curing her own diabetes. Our jewelry and other “gifts with meaning” are influenced by what she taught us as well.

We currently have three different designs for gifts for yourself or others, but we are always evolving and welcome ideas for other products. Just as Crystal taught us that there is no one path to balance/healing, each product is unique and can be used in many different ways. The important thing with each design is to have fun and know that there is no single “right way” to wholeness. Affirmation stones

Affirmation stones are a fun way to set your affirmation/goal for the day. There is no right or wrong way to play with them! One way to use them is in the morning to CHOOSE a stone from the bag, focus on the intent of the word or symbol, and then use it to focus your day. Another way is to choose one randomly and then see how that word/symbol shows up in your day. Others use the words/symbols to focus a daily meditation. Let us know what works for you! $5. per bag of 5 "stones"

Manifesting jars

Manifesting jars are a fun way to set an affirmation/goal or even a wish! Each jar is individually designed using intuition and inspiration. There are no right or wrong ways to play with them. One way is to CHOOSE a daily affirmation/goal in the morning, write it on a slip of paper and put it in your jar, then use it to focus your day. Another way is to consciously notice your thoughts/ideas/wishes that come from your meditations and honor them by writing them down and putting them in the jar. You will find what works best in your journey.

$8 per jar.

Chakra bracelets

Chakra bracelets are decorative, fun ways to remind ourselves of the importance of staying in balance--in body, mind and spirit. Each of the 7 major Chakras are the primary energy centers of the body and correspond to different body organs and emotional states. Each Chakra has an associated color and the Chakra bracelets are designed to remind you of the different levels of being and living LIFE in balance.

$10 per bracelet.

Each bracelet is individually designed using intuition and inspiration and no two are exactly the same. As you look at them, see which central bead and/or colors of the connecting beads speaks to you! All are designed with the 7 colors of the chakras:

Red: 1^st Chakra-the “Base”- safety and security

Orange: 2^nd Chakra-the “Sacral”- sensuality

Yellow: 3^rd Chakra-the “Solar Plexus”- personal power and will

Green: 4^th Chakra-the “Heart”-Healing and Feeling

Sky Blue : 5^th Chakra-the “Throat”- Communication

Indigo: 6^th Chakra-the “3^rd Eye”-Insight

Violet: 7^th Chakra-the “crown”-Unity with the Higher Self
